The Parenthood is back on NBC for its fourth season. NBC announced the return earlier this year for another 15 episode season. Although it was uncertain whether the drama was going to return because of leaked information about the ending of the season NBC decided to bring it back. The show is produced by Jason Katmis and Universal Television and based on a 1989 film titled the same. The Parenthood was also nominated for a Prime time Emmy Award earlier this year. This is a great opportunity for any actors that is trying to get that big break. NBC’s directors announced that they will be casting for extras and stand ins for The Parenthood as the season goes on. The fourth season of the comedy drama is set to premier on September 11 and will air on tuesdays 10/9c.The Parenthood revolves around the Braverman family that has been expanding for three generations who all somehow try to live together. Although each sibling and family has its own everyday challenges to fight with, they still manage to be there for each other in their hours of need. The show is set in the Berkeley California and San Francisco Area. The show stars Craig Nelson,Bonnie Bedelia, Sarah Ramos and Lauren Graham. There have been rumors floating around that Ray Romano might join as well. If that is the case the show will bring even more laughs to NBC and their fall series comedy.
The directors are looking to add more stand in and day roles to the show and they holding castings at the end of this month and as the season goes on.
