Walk of Shame Feature Film Casting

Walk of shame
Walk of Shame – Elizabeth Banks

Everyone remembers Borat co-star Ken Davitian who will co star with James Marsden and Elizabeth Banks in their new movie Walk of Shame. Banks who starred in Pitch Perfect and Hunger Games will star as an aspiring news anchor who scores an audition at a Los Angeles station, only for it to go badly.  Lakeshore Entertainment Group and Sidney Kimmel Entertainment have hired the writer of Drillbit Taylor Steve Brit to write the script and direct the movie. The casting directors for the movie are now hiring general background performers throughout the shoot, which will wrap at the end of January, 2012. They are looking for both union and non union male and female actors. This is a great opportunity for anyone that is looking to break into the acting industry.

Walk of Shame revolves around a anchor who scores an audition at a Los Angeles station. Thinking that she’s lost her shot at her dream job, she heads out for an uncharacteristically wild night of partying, and wakes up the next morning with no money, no car, no memory of what happened the night before and a phone message from her agent telling her she actually won the gig.  She must head out on a long“walk of shame” across unfamiliar neighborhoods in order to make it to the station to be on the air by 5pm. Some humorous things (in the vein of “The Hangover”) will happen to her on the way, and hopefully there will be some decent celebrity cameos.

The casting directors for the Walk of Shame are now looking for union and non union actors for several scenes for the movie. They are currently taking applications for extra and day roles. If you are interested in auditioning for the film please submit your application along with a photo and brief resume.
